User Policy
CleanTheValley is an independent community project and is not operated by or affiliated with any city or government agency.
User submissions
Users are solely responsible for the photos, locations, reports, flags, removal requests, and other content they submit. By submitting content, users confirm that they have the right to submit it, that it was collected lawfully, and that it follows the Community Guidelines.
Reports are community-submitted observations at a specific date and time. They may show maintenance concerns or clean, well-kept public areas. They are not official findings, code-enforcement records, city work orders, emergency reports, endorsements, or proof that any person or organization caused a condition.
